Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and creative Bartender to join our team. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers, crafting cocktails, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, according to recipes and customer preferences
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and offering recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste
• Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
• Adhere to all alcohol service regulations and ensure responsible beverage service
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the bar

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a similar establishment preferred
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• TIPS or similar certification is a plus
