The Front Desk Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, managing reservations and check-ins, handling inquiries and requests, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk area.


  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • Handle all check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently and accurately
  • Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
  • Provide information about services, facilities, and nearby attractions to guests
  • Resolve guest issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed


  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
